Logo Description

The Catalyst Review Solutions (CRS) Logo represents the harmony in diversity of the team. Its shape is that of a square to emphasize the stability of the group, with the four smaller boxes symbolizing equality among the founders. The dominance of purple hues signifies authority, royalty, prestige, creativity, wisdom and faith. The differences in the colors illustrate strength in diversity of the team, each with a distinct set of skills; the complementarity in the colors describe the harmony and teamwork of the members that strive to achieve the mission and vision of the corporation.

The Catalyst App

The Catalyst App is the first web and mobile application created specifically for the needs of PT, OT, and SLP students, graduates and established professionals to maximize their learning.

With its user-friendly interface, clients are able to go to over its features smoothly. Likewise, the application contains several elements, including the video lectures tab, a progress monitoring system, a playlist tab, a compliance tracker, and a tab for quizzes and examinations, to name a few. Moreover, there is a 24/7 maintenance and support system for the App to ensure efficiency.

President

Darrel takes on the everyday challenges of running the company – with a big heart and deep faith. His communication skills and diplomacy is second to none. These invaluable skills puts the company in captain’s seat, but it does not end there. His ability to bring the best out of every member of the team helps the team overcome every obstacle and adversity that come the team’s way. He is one of the founders and incorporators of the company. Jerell Catacutan

Director, Program & Data Analytics

Jerell is in charge with the developing, improving, and reviewing of all the programs being offered. He is also in charge with the analysis of data gathered from all our stakeholders and translate those data into tools to ensure that all our programs are of the highest quality. He is also one of the incorporators of the company. Jerell took his BS Physical Therapy degree at the Our Lady of Fatima University, and is currently taking up his Master’s Degree at the University of the Philippines – Manila.



Hannah Pellejo

Director, Admissions

Hannah is in charge of developing a cohesive and comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to boost brand awareness and recognition, and increase the income generation of the company. Her skillset translates the company’s vision of providing trainings and advanced technological educational support to reach more audience which enables the company to extend to more people the modern day solutions that the company provides. Hannah is one of the incorporators of the company. She took her BS Physical Therapy degree at the University of the Philippines – Manila, graduated cum laude, and placed 3rd in the 2017 Philippine Physical and Occupational Therapy Licensure Examination. Angelique is the Director of the Internship Premium Enhancement Program (iPrEP) which is envisioned to be the premier educational support program for college students who strive to perform better in their programs or courses. Angelique brings with her hard-work, dedication, and excellence in performing her duties and responsibilities. She is one of the incorporators of the company. She took her BS Physical Therapy degree at the Our Lady of Fatima University.





April Ragadio

Director, Rehabilitation Sciences Board Review Programs

April brings with her unmatched interprofessional skills which she utilizes to reconcile different ideas and principles to develop the ultimate program for Occupational Therapy Review and Educational Support programs of the company. Her passion and enthusiasm translates into a comprehensive planning and execution of the program which then brings about the desire of every student to learn and become a better professional. She is also one of the incorporators of the company. She took her BS Physical Therapy degree at the De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute.



Ric Nucup

Director, Technological Advancements

Ric brings youth and energy to the team. He helps find the perfect balance between the latest technology and traditional learning and transforms it into the modern day solutions to the modern day problems. His unparalleled dedication and passion to utilize modern advancements to provide modern solutions helps the company be at the leadership position where it is now. He is one of the incorporators of the company. Ric took his BS Physical Therapy degree at the Angeles University Foundation.



Julian Lacanlale, PTRP

Director, Marketing & Sales

Julian brings fun in fundamental! He is one of the most sought after personality for his ability to transform difficult to understand topics into a fun, interesting, and easier to understand topics! While known for his fun personality, Julian brings with him his plethora of credentials, which includes being a faculty in several of the top PT schools, and his extensive clinical practice. Julian took BS Physical Therapy at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), the same institution where he is finishing his Master’s Degree.



John Posadas, CSP-PASP

Director, Speech Language Pathology Programs

John did what no man has ever done – develop a program for Speech Language Pathology students that will enhance their understanding of the different relevant concepts, and help with the integration and utility of these theories into clinical practice. He dreamed of it. He worked for it. John has walked the talk. He took his BS Speech Pathology at the University of the Philippines – Manila, where he is also finishing his Master’s Degree.
